No Bubble in Nashville

  Images45 Nashville's healthy real estate market continues to get raving reviews.  Housing Predictor, a website that prides itself on providing "Independent Real Estate Market Forecasts" placed Nashville 11th out of 250 cities nationwide for projected appreciation in 2007.  View their website here.

They do note the Nashville market has cooled in recent months, but expect the summer and fall to be healthy, therefore leading to an overall increase in the market strength.
