Lake Vacation Homes
My friend is building a home on Center Hill Lake as part of a secluded community with beautiful views. The photo is of the actual property viewed from our boat. I am watching his house being built each time I am there (home located at bottom right).
Once complete, he will have the option of putting it in a lake vacation rental plan or keep it just to his family and friends. As the second home market continues to grow in Tennessee, this is not a bad idea for investment in real estate.

We are very excited about moving toward completion and using it for my family and having it in a rental program with LVM and sharing with our guests. Thanks so much.
